Trust, written plainly.

Sovereign Suite is a product published under Australian Privacy Network, an Australian entity. We build one verification core — an append-only ledger with cryptographically verifiable receipts — and a small suite of companion applications for industries where records need to hold up under scrutiny.

We treat every public statement as a commitment. Nothing on this site describes a feature that is not part of the current production release; capabilities that are still being built are marked as planned. The Trust Centre is the master document — every other policy inherits from it, and we update all of them together when the platform changes.

We collect the minimum information required to operate the website and, when they become available, the workspace and verification engine. We do not sell personal information, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use customer content to train third-party models. Where features do not yet exist on the site — accounts, checkout, telemetry pipelines — we do not describe them as if they do.

Automation and AI, where used, exist to help people make faster, more accurate decisions — never to make consequential decisions on their behalf without oversight. The Responsible AI statement sets out how we approach transparency, human oversight and privacy for any automated features.

We follow an evidence-before-data principle: the original evidence is preserved, and the ledger records integrity and provenance metadata. Receipts are portable and independently verifiable so that trust does not depend on continued access to us.

Security, privacy and accessibility are treated as ongoing work, not a one-time checklist. We welcome responsible reports of vulnerabilities and accessibility issues — the Security page describes how to reach us.
